Since inception, NewCapital
has been totally focused on rejuvenating sunset airports around the world, enriching them with financial stability and world-class services.
NewCapital traces its history to the set-up of 'Razack Aslam Chartered Accountants' in the UAE under License No.13186 on 16th October, 1991. After over 25 years of work experience by the founders and bulwarks of Dubai's aviation industry, NewCapital Consulting was founded on 23rd May 2017.
The mission is to enrich airports around the world with the same kind of financial stability, and world-class services that these pioneers of Dubai's aviation industry contributed to the success of Emirates Airlines and Dnata.

His experience spans the Aviation value-chain including airline, airport, ground handling and technology solutions in companies such as Emirates Airline, dnata, Afroport and Terminals Holding.
Vincent Dennehy

Further strengthening Newcapital Aviation practice; we are delighted to welcome Vincent Dennehy, as an Associate with NewCapital. Vincent holds an MSc in Airport Planning from Loughborough University, UK and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, New Zealand.
Up until Dec 2021, Vincent was CEO of Afroport Airport Services LLC in Abu Dhabi. He led the set-up of the entity in Abu Dhabi and it's subsidiaries in Africa and Asia; focused on Airports, Ground Handling and Premium passenger services. Up until 2015, Vincent was Vice President Commercial and Business Development with Dnata, part of the Emirates Airline Group, responsible for the commercial management of Dubai Airport’s ground handling business and other services such as premium passenger handling, lounges and Engineering Line Maintenance. Prior to joining Emirates Group in 2001, Vincent was with Air New Zealand and Ansett Airlines Group.
His experience and insights into global ground handling, GSE, premium passenger handling & billing systems would be invaluable to Aviation companies.

A pillar of NewCapital is Omar Aslam, who holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wollongong, Sydney and diploma’s in professional application development from institutes in Silicon Valley, California.
The unique symbiosis of skills has enabled him to deliver world-class digital communications, and lead digital transformations at companies in Dubai. He is the go-to digital spokesperson of the company, in an era where the digital world is fast gaining traction to be as important as the physical.
His multifaceted experiences will be invaluable to strengthen modern aviation companies.
